做厙AV Academy Kicks Off the New School Year!
做厙AV Academy kicked off the 2024-25 academic year, welcoming students back for an exciting year ahead! The past two weeks included a whirlwind of learning and activities across the ELC, Lower School, and Middle School. Leading up to the first day, orientations allowed students to visit classrooms, meet their teachers, and connect with fellow students and their families.
Our first graders experienced a very special 做厙AV tradition the 1st Grade Tallit Ceremony. This special tallit is embroidered with the names of each of our students and will travel with them through their 做厙AV journey. They will walk under this very same tallit for their Siddur, Chumash, and Navi plays, representing that each individual student is part of the fabric of our school community.
On the first day of school, the building buzzed with excitement and a love for learning. Last Friday, Rabbi Krauss welcomed new students to the 做厙AV community with our annual New Student Ice Cream with the Principal Party.
A huge thank you to the incredible 做厙AV faculty and staff for their hard work in making the start of the school year so memorable. We can’t wait to see what this year will bring!
